The franchisee must adopt any permit, authorization and license required for its operation.

The layout and organization of the premises is carried out according to the format defined by the franchisor, both for what concerns the aesthetic and decorative (color, architecture, furniture) and for what concerns the technical aspects related to the provision of specific equipment.

The system provides for the granting of the franchisee rights to trademarks, logos, ornamental designs, names, signs, systems, methodologies, staff uniforms, know-how in general.

You need a period of free training at the franchisor before the opening of the restaurant. This training, essential for all operations personnel, is free of charge .
